I can only send texts over wifi and i cant get mobile data?

[Android Central Question]

I changed phones and some weird things are happening that straight talk apparently can't fix. The first thing I noticed was that I cannot get mobile data. It says 4G at the top, but it's greyed out and doesn't work. I JUST noticed that I can only send texts (regular, sms texts) over wifi; I'm unsure if it's been like that the whole time, but it's really inconvenient.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Do you know which carrier's towers your SIM is for? Make sure the APN settings are correct.
