I cannot edit any of my contacts

Everytime i try to click the pencil to edit any of my contacts (doesn´t matter if they are phone contacts, google contacts or else), i get the message "This editor is only for notes contacts", and the edit screen is not shown. What can i do about that?

Having only one post you cannot add a screen shot but it sounds like you have another app that adds an edit feature to your contacts, but only for Notes contacts. I'm assuming Lotus Notes the email client. To edit contacts simply press and hold the contact until the popup menu appears, or open the contact for viewing and then use the menu, if your device has a menu button that will offer you the edit or the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner.
