I cannot get past the google 'Verify your account' it keeps rerouting back.

My Samsung 5 began erasing... I don't know why. When I put my gmail email and pw in it loops back. Three days now, everything I'm inputting is correct. My carrier states there is nothing they can do and it is a google/android issue. Help! It's been three days.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on any wi-fi network, or only your home network?

Try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition, or doing another factory reset: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28492
