I can't access my phone after resetting

I am using my sisters galaxy grand prime now and I can't delete her gmail account.
i had to reset the phone but It's not working .it requires her old email address. i have typed it but the process ends and they tell me there is an error. Nothing seems wrong at the beginning but when it ends den 'error ' shows up .what should I do?

Unless the correct details are entered, there is nothing you can do. Your sister needs to remove her account from it.

Try factory reset. Or did you do that when you said reset?
