I can't access the Samsung account

[Android Central Question]

I reset the phone (Samsung J5).Now I can't download any theme..they ask a Samsung account.but when I create a new account it says that account already exist..and when I sing in my previous account then it says ID or pasward invalid
I cleered the chach and data which are Samsung account and galaxy app..and re tried but it's not work..
