Android Central Question

I can receive both calls and SMS but I can't make outgoing calls or send SMS. Every time I try to call they say,"Your credit card validity has expired" and hang up. My messages are never sent. They fail. This sim works on other phones. I've tried both network default and factory reset. What should I do? The device is a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime.

Have you tried contacting your mobile carrier? Is this an unlocked phone, or is it locked to your carrier?

The credit-card-expiration message makes it sound like you're on a prepaid account and don't have sufficient funds to cover the calls and/or messages you're attempting to complete. Contact your carrier for assistance.
