I can't change the font size under icons in homescreen in Galaxy S7 (I got the Android 8 system)

I know it is possible to change because before wiping all data from my phone (to make it clear from all trash I had) but I don't know how. Changing the size of the font in settings doesn't make any difference, it changes size of text in all system except the text under icons in homescreen. How to change the size of names of apps under icons?
