AC Question

I have a rooted Alcatel One Touch Fierce running 4.2.2 JellyBean, I was trying out some root apps called Lucky Patcher and Freedom, after I messed around with them a little I uninstalled them but now I'm not able to make any in-app purchases. It keeps saying "Transaction Error" and something about Google Play Market not able to connect to the apps. Have any other rooters out there ever had this problem?

Hi,
Try this one, it helped me on my Xaiomi Redmi Pro (not rooted).
Should work on other phones:
Go to SETTINGS -> INSTALLED APPS -> GOOGLE PLAY STORE -> PERMISSION MANAGER -> enable START IN BACKGROUND permission.

Done! Enjoy! Now you can spend money at will :D

You're awesome man! Been looking into a million different ways and none worked besides this one!
Apparently world is different for us Xiaomi users !

Hi All,

There is also a fix for HUAWEI phones, the issue is similar to the XIAOMI phones - in which the Play Store has to be constantly running in the background in order for a person to use in app purchases.

For a Huawei user:

1. Go To Settings.

2. Go to Battery settings.

3. Go to Launch / Protected Apps

4. Press on Play Store and click on all three options / Protect Play Store

5. Restart your phone

Alternatively if your in app purchase just don't work - try having the Play Store running the background.

just reinstall the games by downloading them again in playstore. ive had that same experience but I uninstall all the games I patched and downloading them again in playstore which is working again now.
