I cant seem to download apk files with OE1

Download them from where, using what?

Play? That's one kind of problem.

A web browser? That's another kind of problem.

And please define "can't download". Just doesn't do anything? Gives you an error message? (If so, exactly what words?) Seems to download but you can't find the file?

I am trying to get the stock browser back the one with the world logo on it. Ive been trying to get it back on my Verizon s5 I dont really like Google chrome. How can i get it back???? Its the samsung stock browser im talking about not google chrome!!!!
