I can't seem to remove Outlook from my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. please help.

I have followed almost every online adviser on how to delete the Outlook pgm off my S5. Nothing is working. I even d/l the OWA to get admin privilege to delete. Nope, didn't work. I cannot get rid of the password protection that is associated with the program on my start menu. Please help me find a way to delete this without having to lose whatever apps or information thats already on there. In other words a total reset is hopefully not in my future.

Try deleting the account in settings. APP DRAWER-SETTINGS-ACCOUNTS

Depending on your carrier, those Microsoft Office apps are preinstalled. They cannot be removed, but they can be disabled. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 review | Android Central
