I can't sign in to my google account after trying to fix an update error

So I followed this instructions after the play store seem to be running into different kinds of errors. So I started with clearing the cache of play store, services, and download and that didn't do the trick so I tried to uninstall the updates of the play store and that didn't work as well. So I followed the log out of account and when I tried to log back in it just shows checking info followed by a black screen. I waited for something to happened but after a while the screen just closed due to inactivity. Also I had restarted my phone numerous times already and still nothing.
