I can't turn on data and also I don't have mobile network

The thing is that yesterday I restarted my cellphone because the apps were stopping, so when I turned it on again the signal bar is showing a red cross and also the data is blocked, there's no way to turn it on I made a factory reset and a hard reset and still not working. What should I do? I have an LG L70

Sounds like a defective sim card, or worse, defective sim card slot.

If your carrier has a local store, you can probably take it there and ask for a new sim card (they can and do go bad), and see if that helps.
