I can't update my PRL on the Touch. Anyone see this?

It's a Sprint refurb that I chose instead of a 5th Epic. I like everything else but saw signal problems today and knew the drill on the PRL. No go. Any ideas or back to Sprint?

What exactly is the problem?? You click update prl and nothing happens? Could you give a few more details..
