I can't use my tablet beacasue of the FRP

I bought a brand new tablet yesterday but when I wanted to set-up it says "This device was reset". What? It's new! I've wait 24 hour, tried, but it's still locked! I created a new Google account too. It helps? Nooo! Please help!

Was the device actually brand new? Return it to wherever you bought it and get a refund or one that has not yet been opened.
