I deleted my Android os completely!

I have a Nexus 7 (2013) wifi. It was previously rooted and I tried to flash the Android 6.0.1 version using TWRP. I accidentally ticked all the boxes in the wipe function and deleted everything. Is there anything I can do? I can still boot into recovery mode using TWRP

Because it's a Nexus, try flashing its corresponding factory image.

Hello guys.
Same thing happened with me in my oppo neo5, model no 1201.
No I tried downloading the color os from my computer, then put it in the sd card, and tried flashing it via recovery mode. But it says that update shall take 3 minutes and then suddenly says install failed. Please help me.
