I did a factory reset on my Zenwatch2 and now Android Wear can't see find my watch.

I just completed the software update NCLS25.86-11-4-6-5 on my Motorola Z Force. And my text notifications were really delayed so I did a reset on my watch. Since then, my phone will pair using bluetooth with the watch, but when I start android wear it can't find my phone. I have installed, uninstalled android wear, restarted and factory reset the watch multiple times and nothing seems to help.
