I did a root check and got this

Root unavailble: su/id/echo did not execute
Root shell had non OK exitcode (127)
Superuser binary: su binary not available via $PATH.
No superuser app found
No busybox: No busybox available via $PATH.
SELinux is enforcing

This is all greek to me so what do I do next?
 
The phone isn't rooted - it comes that way. Unless you need root for something, I'd suggest not rooting it. It won't change anything you currently have (except root check) - it doesn't make the phone faster, it doesn't give you more storage, it just allows apps that need root access to function. Since none of the apps that come with the phone require root access, you probably don't need it.

(If you do, post the make, model and variant of the phone and the version of Android it's running, and someone will try to find a root method posted for it somewhere. [Not all phones can be rooted - rooting takes finding a bug that allows the phone to start in a temporary rooted mode - and it can take months of 9-5 work to find it on some phones. Then, as soon as it's found, the next version of Android fixes that bug, so we start over again.])
 
The phone is an S8 and it was accessed by someone, I don't have access to alot of my apps. At last count I had over 300 system apps, none of which I installed. I also got a message on the phone about not being rooted right. Is this stuff normal?
