I did the update and my carrier now is offline. How can i fix this?

I tried to take out and in my sim card but the problem is not disappearing. How can i reconfigurate my carrier??

Have you tried a Power Off and Restart of the phone? Also a Cache Partition wipe?

It seems caused by software, but do you have check inside?
IC on the motherboard managing RF may be damaged.
