i dont have lollipop 5.1 until now

i didnt recieve android 5.1 on nexus 5 in jerusalem until now even after 16 days of the release
is this a normal situation i mean i have to wait couple days or weeks ??
do anyone of you had the same problem ??
one last quastion
some people said that because of the new build gogle stoped the ota and i should recieve the new build in the near future

its normal. a gradual roll out. if you don't want to wait you can always flash the 5.1 factory image.

You might have to be a bit more patient than a few days, depending on region. My last two upgrades for my Nexus 5, Kit Kat 4.4.4 and Lollipop 5.0.1, were 8 to 10 weeks after the release date. But they came eventually as a normal OTA upgrade.
