i dont know what to do or how this happen

i installed cyanogen 7 mod with the google add on. it took a while to boot up and now when my phone turns back on after it leaves the white evo 4g screen i have a black screen with a blue andriod skatborading across my screen with a circle and arrow around him and the words cynanogen 7 mod comes up and it keeps this cycle over and over again

You are in a bootloop. Like in the OP, did you wipe everything first?

I had this happen yesterday, when prompted to back up and wipe data YOU HAVE TO wipe. Try this and it will work.
