IF YOU DO WANT TO DO THIS, THERE WAS AN EXCELLENT PROCEDURE POSTED IN THIS THREAD:
Procedure
And it was put up by: SamuriHL
I worked today for the first time to actually do some of the Root/ROM kind of stuff (I know I didn't root or ROM it, but it's that type of stuff!) to go from .229 to .230.
The only thing I have noticed is numbers changing on the About page. I'm not seeing speed differences, home screen or anything else that is up front and easy to see by the average/slightly above average user that crawls around these sites. The Radio seems the same, camera, homescreen, processor, and other things that I have looked at are just about all the same between 229 and 230.
In summary, I don't think you should really be worried if you can't go back to .902, then .905, then .230... It's just not actually worth the time.
If you haven't taken any of these leaks and put them onto your phone, then I would definitely take .230 for the only reason that it has numbers that are higher, thus more current, than .229.
