Android Central Question

My home screen is just completely grey except a Google search bar at the top of my screen. The only way I can get onto my apps is through notifications.

Did you set that launcher as your default launcher? Go into Settings (either through the notification shade or by searching for the Settings app using the Google search bar) > Apps > Bling Launcher > Defaults > Clear defaults. Then tap the Home button and select your previous launcher as the default launcher.

Boot into Safe Mode, go to Settings, Apps, then Clear Data for the app on question and Uninstall. Then exit Safe Mode.
Email the developer about the problem.

Edit: Posted same moment as above. My assumption was that it was a wallpaper app rather than a launcher, but if the latter, @mr_master's advice is certainly right.
