Android Central Question

Yesterday I dropped my Note 9 in the pool. It started out with the up volume button being pressed randomly. But it later changed to the volume down button being pressed constantly. It was booting into safe mode because of this so I got it to boot into Maintenance Boot Mode but the selector just scrolls to the bottom and doesn't respond to any inputs. I've already tried removing the button to no avail. It is stuck in maintenance mode and I am unable to use the volume keys please help.

Never try to use the phone when it is wet as this can lead to short circuits. Ideally this device should have had an alcohol rinse as a pool will contain contaminants which will eat away at PCBs. You are likely to have to replace the phone. Are you insured?

Welcome to AC!

I agree with what's mentioned above comments, so either repair center or if you had any insurance on it .
