Did you turn off "mobile view" in the browser settings? That is usually the cause of these kind of things (I would try, but I'm bump charging...).
 
Mobile view didn't help. Is anyone else experiencing this with the STOCK browser? It used to work for me until a few days ago.

I just tried it and it worked for me (Rooted 2.2 w/ stock browser). I suggest clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't work, clear cookie data. Form data and history should not need to be cleared.

And "mobile view" should be checked. I think my previous comment was ambiguous.
