I factory reset my LG Stylus 5x & it says phone not configured after the welcome screen.

I skipped the part where it said phone not configured & it goes to copy apps & data then I hit next it goes to verify Google account & I don't have the Google account that was previously synced on device.What do I do now?

Why did you factory reset it?

What is the account that you don't have - your own or someone else's? If the latter, you will have to ask that person for help. If the phone was sold thus, it was not fit for sale.
