I have a rooted g2 i factory reseted it cause i purchased off someone and wanted to delete the person info off phone but now it wont boot up when i go to recovery it doesnt find image on sd and when i go to clockworkmod recovery it doesnt let me select anything i have s=off can somebody please help me please is there anyway to go back to stock or unroot i just want my phone back

You are going to want to either go to the G2 forum at xda developers or the #g2root irc. Sounds like you may need to flash a new recovery/rom via adb, those guys will be able to walk you through it.

If it boots into clockwork all is not lost.

If you can boot into CWM recovery you're far from bricked. If you're able to get there, just mount as USB storage to your computer, put a ROM .zip file on the SDcard and try to flash the ROM. That would be the easiest chance at a fix. Note that even if your CWM recovery is acting up, its pretty simple to flash a new recovery again onto the phone.

If that's not going to work for you, you might have to flash back to a stock, unrooted ROM and redo your root procedure. But even then you're just going to spend a couple hours, and you'll have your phone back.
