I find a folders with icons in my device folders/ albums

in my device folder when i open the albums i find 30-40 folders with icons ... i delete it one -one ...its not have to select all ... and after some hours i full again

Most likely, these folders are part of the cache system for one or more apps, where these apps are not correctly flagging the folders as "no media".

Check the path name on these folders/albums. There should be some indication about which app owns them.
