I forget to unmute my phone after work. Is there a setting to unmute the sound at a specific time of day? I have seen ones to silence phones, but not really to schedule them to turn on.

You need an app for that. Tasker fits the bill. Its a little complicated but is truly amazing

There are many apps that can do the job. Just look on the Play Store and try a few out.
