I forgot my alternate password for my S5, and nearly everything else. Help?

It wouldn't read my fingerprint, due to my LifeProof case, and I forgot my Google account info and my alternate password. Help?

For the phone, try to remotely reset the password using Android Device Manager: https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/3388218?hl=en

If you're prone to forgetting crucial information like your phone's password and your Google account information, may I suggest you write that information down and keep it somewhere safe at home?

Go to this link: https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager
Login with your Google account details of the phone
Click on "lock and erase"
Now click on lock.
Set up new password.
Use this password to unlock your phone.
