I forgot my lock screen pin .. How to get rid of it without DATA LOSS

I have a Samsung Galaxy Young 2 SM-G130H/DS ...
I put a pin to my phone and I finally forgot it. I am not getting the "FORGOT PASSWORD" option so that I can login with my gmail to access my phone.. Any help would be appreciated PLZ HELP ME I need the contacts from it .... Is there any way to get the contacts atleast
