I forgot my private mode password i am using a galaxy tabA

I need my private mode to work and i dont know the password to it anymore

We can't help you remember it. Does it give you an option to reset it at all? Some quick searching is indicating you may need to reset the device...

Turn the phone upside down open the text box and enter the password backwards, be sure to invert the upper and lower case too.

It's always interesting to me that people think security things can just be bypassed, but would probably be the first to complain if someone so easily circumvented the security they had in place.

Welcome to Android Central! hallux is correct -- you have to reset the phone in order to set a new Private Mode password (and this means, of course, that the data that was in your Private Mode will be wiped).
