Had fingerprint not recognize and have forgotten backup password. How do I get into tablet please

Welcome to Android Central! If you fail the unlock enough times, does it ask you for your Google credentials?

You could do a hardware button factory reset, but after the reset is complete, you'll have to enter the correct Google credentials again to get into the tablet. This is a relatively new antitheft feature from Google.
