I get error message 944 saying I can not instsll go sms pro on my galaxy s4. why?

I had go sms pro on my Galaxy s4. Something happened and the screen became inoperable (couldn't read menu or icons). So I uninstalled the app & tried to reinstall it. Every time I try to install it I get an error message 944. Help.

I am also getting the same error when I try to update the xfinity WiFi and QuickLyrics apps. I never seen this error before.

I am also getting the same error. I have tried uninstalling Google play updates, I have tried updating after that and it still didn't work. I then found the update to the newest version of Google play that made no difference as well. I also tried uninstalling and installing fresh but it brings up the same error. I have turned the phone on and off multiple times and have also cleared the cache for the Google play store. I am on a Samsung galaxy note 3. The apps that won't update are Facebook messenger, Iheartradio, and The weather channel app. Anyone have anymore ideas?

I have a Galaxy Note 3 on Verizon. I'm experiencing the Error Code 944 on Fb Messenger and iHeartRadio. Cleared the data and cache in the Play Store out and uninstalled both apps. Now they will not reinstall and I'm still getting the same codes. And of course there's been no response from Google on the issue.
