I get sound notifications but there is no visual notification

I have a Huawei P20 Lite and hopefully, I am in the right section with this.

I get a sound that I have a notification of some sort but when I light up the phone there is no visual notification. Also, it doesn't matter if I unlock it. There is still no visual notification.

So what have I done so far?

First of I have been trying to have the "Launch" option both automatically and manually, seem to be no different there. I have individually been checking the apps so they show up both in the Banner and so the "Display in the status bar" option is on.

I have also, checked so the "Lock screen notifications" is "Display all notifications". I have downloaded "Heads-Up Notification" and "Nova Launcher" but I must say that I have not fully tested the launcher. I have tried some tips I found but with no success, they are either old or it seems it take up the wrong problem (it feels like, maybe I found it without knowing).

Have you tried rebooting the phone? sometimes there's bugs. Also look for a software update in settings. Hopefully one of those two things will fix it

I have rebooted the phone but I will do it again. I got the EMUI 8.0.0, don't know if that's the latest but I don't get there is no other so I guess it is.

I am totally lost what it can be. It feels it's the aggressive battery saver but I don't think I have missed something there
