I Give Up

After 2 factory resets, soft resets every day, phone constantly freezing up, apps being lost, SD card reformatting itself, and losing everything I save to the device when I power it up I Give up!!! This is an epic fail from Samsung. Time to move to a different Android device. Enough is enough.

Sounds like a defective device ! I think there would be more posts if this was a ongoing issue with the S4. I would return the device for replacement.

Yeah 2 factory resets later and you're still having crazy problems that aren't huge well-known issues all over these forums? Sounds like a lemon. I agree you should exchange your defective device rather than assume all devices have that issue (which is a silly thing to assume).
