I got 4.04 mbps download on the speakeasy speed test

I got 4.04 mbps download on the speakeasy website speed test on my phone. that seems like its pretty good, but which speed test is more accurate. i get 3 mbps on the speedtest.net app and only get 1300kbps on the dslreport.com speed test.

im not sure what is more accurate. can anyone one tell me?

I'll have to check this out. I've only used the speedtest app, but even with that I rarely get concurrent similar results.

Okay, I just ran a test from speakeasy.net and from the speedtest app using Chicago server on both. The results were:

Speakeasy - 1.81 mbps down, .33 mbps up
Speedtest app - 1.86 mbps down, .31 mbps up

I think all the tests are accurate. What I think gives you differences is the actual network/tower. I've seen speeds in the same area vary from 700k to 3m down. Like any computer network, speeds are going to bounce around alot due to traffic, and traffic amounts are going to change every second. I would really like to see those speeds bouncing around at higher levels, though.
