I got a replacement e4gt, cant view my digital copies.

I know they are licensed for one portable device. This is bull . I had the device for 2 months and loaded up about 5 new movies I got for Christmas. had to get the replacement and now all those brand new movies are unusable. Anyway they send me some new codes if I email the movie companies and complain/explain the situation? I am annoyed and now like the idea of the ultraviolet digi copies. What up people?
