I got the Marshmallow update via Lg Bridge but...

Hi,

I've received an update via Lg Bridge for my Lg V10 for Marshmallow.
When it finished downloading it at was unzipping it, it gave me an error and said my device could not update.

Any ideas how I can resolve this?

If this is Verizon it should be OTA. Others, don't believe they have the 6.0 yet for their V10.

Could it be that for some reason LG Bridge gave you an update you're not eligible for?

Verizon is the only MM V10 out there. Could it be that you're not on Verizon, but that Bridge gave you the Verizon updater? That would never work.

I have the international version V10. I don't live in the USA.

Well, you're right; the int'l version got the MM update awhile back.

But again, I wonder if somehow you got the wrong package...

Well I didn't receive any OTA update... very frustrating... And it's still giving me this error message.
