Android Central Question

I had a bunch of apps moved to my SD card because I was running out of memory on my S7. I upgraded to an S10 and moved the SD card. Now that i have 4x (32gb to 128gb) on my S10 I'm not bothering to move the apps. I found an Apps folder on the SD card (using Sandisk Memory Zone app) but it seems to be empty (and I enabled the option to show system files). Is it possible that Android automatically deleted the moved files or do I need to do something else to get rid of then?

No longer have the S7. it was dead, anyway, plus I had done a factory reset (boot loop, tried all suggestions).

The SD card is working fine, I was just wondering if there was some hidden stuff from when I had moved apps there that I could get rid of.
