I had delete my os in Galaxy s3?

I had delete my s3 os and then I connected the phone whith the coumputer it told me that there isn't software? How can I solve this problem? I want to get back the software to my phone please help

Welcome to Android Central! Why did you delete the OS? If you deleted the OS, then the computer won't be able to connect.

First of all I was playing in background settings .. then suddenly it stopped of working.. then I restart the phone .. it stuck in Samsung logo .. then I wiped the data .. when all of this were finished I rebooted the device this time it stucked in the beginning when the Galaxy s3 logo come and now I want to install other os .. the laptop told me that there is no software..... What is the problem ?how can solve this problem?

What background settings do you mean? The system settings? Developer Options?

If the phone got stuck on the Samsung logo, how did you wipe the data? Were you able to boot into the Recovery Menu?
