I have a 350L ROM and need to change it to D838

I have LG G Pro2 with 360L ROM and need to change it to D838. The reason is that I live in Egypt but the phone thinks he is in Korea, so I can not make Video calls or send MMS.

No, my phone is on 4.4.2 I did not see any point to upgrade to Android 5, while am not comfortable or happy with the 350L ROM
