Also, where are you seeing the Amazon Assistant logo in Kiwi? Can you show a screenshot of that as well?
 
But I'm using an Android device...the S10+ from Samsung W/ Android 11 & OneUI 3.1 dude??

I know you're using an Android device, but the Amazon Assistant help page seems to say that it only works with Chrome on Android, not any other browser. Did you find some instructions elsewhere that it works with Kiwi? Just because you see it listed in that Kiwi menu doesn't necessarily mean it's guaranteed to work.

• Watch this ****, cuz I couldn't find anything current & this has been possible 4 yrs now this isn't new tech despite Amazon coming out W/ an app that doesn't really need 2 exist...it's basically downloaded bloatware & also despite Google saying it is new tech hopefully in the near future dude..........

The video link doesn't work. The Chrome Web Store link is for desktop Chrome, not mobile Chrome (and certainly not for Kiwi) -- my understanding is that you don't want to use Chrome, but prefer Kiwi, correct?

Have you tried chatting with Amazon customer service yet like I previously suggested?
 
I called them & they put me on hold 4 5mins & then the line disconnected, so I'm not sure they know much about their own service & how 2 use it especially when there's literally no commercials anywhere like billboards, on TV or on there app (which the last 1 would be free advertisement which would be super dope) they even have out dated instructions & if they wanted this service 2 flourish then why make it, so damn complicated, so I'm not sure they'll be any help, cuz their not nerds Amazon just needs bodies 2 fill desks @ there call centers God dammit I can't wait 4 Telsa's Bot that's gonna be overwhelming dope lol dude!!!!!!
 
You called them? That link I shared is for contacting their support via text chat, which would probably be less likely to put you on hold.
 
My guess is that they won't be able to help, since the compatible browsers are clearly listed in their support page (and Kiwi isn't one of them). The reason why it shows up in the menu might be because it's halfway successful in being installed (perhaps owing to the fact that Kiwi is based on Chromium), but since it's not officially supported, it's not connecting properly with the Amazon shopping app.

But it's still worth chatting with them.
 
But I literally just posted that Amazon is wrong & Chrome doesn't work, so I think I've done my homework dude
 
Where did you say that it doesn't work with Chrome? I thought you said you weren't using Chrome.
