I have a dent on the chrome part... is this something that I can replace by myself?

I have a dent on the chrome part, near the headphone jack.

Is this something that I can replace by myself? If so, where can I buy this part?

I purchaced a entire Note II "chasis" off Amazon over a year ago for less than 20 dollars which encompasses the chrome bezel, basicly the entire plastic body without the electronics, it even came with a new battery cover. Wasen't difficult to replace I think theres a You tube video on how to do it.
