My Build Number version is also G988USQU1ATCT, which according to this list is for a '(GS10e).'

If I manually update the phone with the latest from SamMobile using ODIN, G988U1UES1DUBA will I break this phone?

I purchased it this way off of eBay a few months ago and was wondering why I wasn't able to receive any updates

It is running Android 10

Yes att version have been known to give issue with updates , so you flashed to the unlocked version?

I'd like to keep it on the AT&T updates, but Baseband Version I have on my phone has it listed as (GS10e) instead of (S20 Ultra 5G) like the other listed updates in the list. Does that mean I'm on a "Galaxy S10" firmware so-to-speak? I'm not afluent in most of this, but I can learn. I'm just apprehensive of continuing without all of the knowledge

You can't flash the S20 to S10 , odin won't let you

Att firmware are very hard to get , that's why sammobile doesn't have it .

In the end of all of this. Is it safe to manually install any of the listed firmwares that are more up to date for my phone type that is also provided by AT&T? And does it matter if my phones IMEI states that my phone is a Galaxy S9 as my actual phones IMEI is blacklisted for unknown reasons? Will these firmwares change the IMEI?

Is there any huge difference with an AT&T branded firmware vs one just listed as USA on SamMobile?

Not at all just make sure same model.number

It was a success! I have successfully updated my phone with the USA variant of G988USQS1DUB8 from SamMobile that AT&T had listed as their latest firmware available. I had used the HOME CSC file to keep all of my data and it worked very well.

Just for reference, AT&T provides the OS for their Samsung phones from their own servers. Unlike everyone else that gets it from the Samsung servers.

Just that it is the reason why it's so hard to find the AT&T specific OS anywhere else online.
Yeah I agree, I think Verizon getting that way also , which to me is crazy as we have this great official samsung tool to use and these firmwares are getting harder to come by .
