I have a HTC Evo Design ph44100 need bootloader unlock bin, where can I find one?

i have a htc evo design ph44100 , boot looped, locked, got the unlock bin form htcdev, loaded it fine via fastboot, can use volume buttons to yes, but power does nothing unless select no , then shuts down.
by the way s-on hboot 1.32.000
any advice,
