I have a lg g3 d851. It will not update.

I bought this online sale site. It's unlocked and I put it on my straight talk plan, I have factory reset it twice now and it will not update. I have tried everything on every YouTube or forum I can find. I need to find out how to get it to update. I can't install certain apps because it's not updated. Someone please have something.

AFAIK Cricket does not send updates but you can install LG PC Suite on your computer and try and update that way

Welcome to Android Central! What version of Android is it currently on, and which version do you expect it to be on?
