I have a LG Straight Talk phone and now my apps are stopping, why?

I have a Lg straight talk phone and now my apps are stopping.

Okay I just started seeing unfortunately this or that app has stopped, now all of my apps are doing the same. what can i do to resolve this problem?

Can you tell us a little more? Are they force closing? Are they preinstalled apps?

Yes they are forced closing. some of them are preinstalled and some aren't. All of my apps are stopping.
I'm kinda new with the cell phone thing so could someone help me. Thank you

What's the model number? Some of the lower end LG devices are very short on internal storage. Can you check the storage for me, and also I'd recommend deleting sms and call logs.
