I have a problem with my missed calls for locked screen

Can the notification be expanded? Another option is the Notification shade should still be able to be pulled down while on the lockscreen so long as there is no actual lock enabled.

You mean expand them? Try two finger zoom out.

OK...tap and hold the notification and pull down.

I get an icon in the notification bar across the top of my screen but I don't get notifications displayed like you are wanting them to.
