Question I have a question about transferring GIF files from Windows to Android

Hello,

How would I go about transferring a GIF file from my Windows 10 computer, to my Android 11 cellphone, and sending that Gif file in a text message?

Welcome to Android Central! The easiest way would be to upload the GIF to your Google Drive in the cloud from the Windows PC, then download it from your Drive app onto your phone. You can then send the GIF by attaching it to a message (here's how to do it in Google Messages: https://support.google.com/messages/answer/6159880?hl=en)
