i have a samsung note 4 .. And i got updated my mobile after updating my fingerprint was diabled and pin lock was activated .. but the mobile is unlocked .. and now i cant change lockscreen nor finger print .. and i tried entering my pin which was correct but its showing as wrong pin

Let me get this straight. After the update, you were required to use your backup PIN to access the phone. In spite of that, the phone was in an unlocked state. So you were able to access the phone without unlocking, tried to change the security method, and found that the backup PIN that you were required to enter in order to do that was not accepted. If I've got that right, I have to say that I don't understand why it would happen. Have you tried Clear Credentials in Settings, Security? https://forums.androidcentral.com/showthread.php?t=409154
